Pharmacist Managers
We are always on the lookout for good managers who are team players, please send in your details for our files. We do not bog you down with unnecessary paperwork although you will be required to attend regular managers meeting where we discuss on-going strategies. Each manager is assigned a task within the whole company that maximises their skills potential. This could mean being responsible for  personnel management or negotiating with reps to achieve the best possible buying terms etc. We believe in giving you freedom to control your support staff because you will know how best to manage your branch on a day to day basis.
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous managerial experience and an outgoing personality, they will need skills to enable them to maximise the professional services offered. They will be able to continue the ongoing training of their staff. They should, ideally, be aware of creating WIN/WIN scenarios and they should have excellent negotiating and communication skills
