| We are able to offer a complete medicines management service in collaboration with the patients General Practitioner. We find that we can offer the most help to carers and relatives, it is usually these people who are left to deal with ensuring that the patient always has adequate medication and also making sure that there is patient compliance. We are able to monitor repeat prescription medication usage, using our computerised patient medication records we are able to set up reminders that medication may be running low and should be re-ordered. In all cases we will liaise with your General Practitioner to ensure that your repeat prescription is ordered in plenty of time to enable us to dispense the medication and deliver it to you. To help the most confused patients we are able to supply your medicines in monitored dosage systems. |
